I could not punt a football 20 yards..........I sucked kickin a ball
Since the regular punter was hurt they put me in. My first punt was 52 yards, I can still hear my coach yelling “way to go Larry”! My next punt went straight up for 12 yards. All the rest were 35-40 yards. The average still made me 2nd all-conference just because it was one game :-O
