out of all the fleabag fools, Peter Barca is about the dumbest and most obnoxious. If he and his Rat buddies are so smart, why couldn’t they recall Walker and why don’t they have any kind of Dem candidate teed up to beat him? Masochism?
I found it amazing that when the Dem legislators fled Madison that Barca had to have his PARENTS pay his hotel bills in Rockford, even though he was still being paid his legislator’s salary. Even more amazing, he admitted it openly.
