He has to make this move fast because he's bleeding support from the leftards over the NSA spying scandal.

Young people are leaving him; Bush's approval is higher than his.

He always does this when he gets hit hard. When he got in trouble over Benghazi he announced anew he would seek to close Guantanamo to get his people back on board.

I don’t think any of that is going to make much difference as he’s moving forward hot and heavy regardless....and Congress can’t begin to move fast enough to stop him.

I wonder how many of the libtards are starting to realize that in spite of W’s failings a lot of other things are higher for Bush than for Obama like;
Bush’s IQ, Bush’s credibility, Bush’s respect for people etc. The only thing I can think of in which Obama scores higher is his ARROGANCE.
