When we are subsidizing 49% of the US population for their basic needs, we will never have a shortage of eligible labor. If Ryan believes the steaming load of crap he expects us to swallow, then the level of immigration allowed should be inversely proportional to the percentage of the U.S. population that is receiving welfare.
