I read the entire article and still don’t understand WHY Morse is being recalled.

I assume he’s some sort of a lefty??

I well remember the recall of the governor — and before that 3 California Supreme Court Justices — in my home state of California (Gray “Gumby” Davis), how he stamped his feet and tried to get the petitions invalidated, fortunately, at that time, there was still a modicum of sense and the courts saw fit to follow the rule of law.

The bastard was ousted, as were the 3 lefty Supreme Court Justices, namely Rose Bird.

Morse is the Senate President in Colorado. He is a Pelosi clone who rammed through horrid gun control. He refused to let sheriffs testify, they were against the magazine ban and other bills.

The gun grab got national attention. His other agenda items were as bad or worse.

Morse is being recalled because last session he was the Democrat Senate President who rammed through several gun control bills, including the magazine limitation that sent a major business/employer out of state. Plus, he pushed through several other very liberal bills. The last session was a real overreach by the Dems and he led the charge.

The MSM claim he is "popular" in his district, but he is not. He barely won election last time.

Huh? You are on FReepublic.com, and somehow missed about dozens of articles regarding the RATs pushing through their anti-gun laws in Colorado with Morse leading the way?

BTW, there were recall elections in WI for the past two years, from petulant RATs seeking to overturn Gov Scott Walker & his reforms, including reforms against unions tyranny.
