Yes. I like the comments she made about how Zero keeps going back to Putin with talk of reducing the nuke arsenals and he keeps getting rebuffed.

Most nations know that all they have to do is stand pat and nod accordingly when the US makes a proposal, because they know the US will be back next week with an even sweeter proposal - just to get some movement, make it look like there's some progress when it's nothing more than the US giving up more and more with each new proposal.
