I go to the Dentist in the city of San Fernando and I can say its about 90 percent Mexican..Panorama City is not too far from there..gang infested..you wouldnt want to be in Panorama City at night, heck I wouldnt want to be there during the day either
I worked at Valley Presbyterian Hospital for a couple of years and could not believe what happened to that whole area when I went over to where the May Co. and Robinsons dept. stores used to be in Panorama City. BIG difference from 1965!
