Though the bill will go nowhere in the Senate, this is ironic:

“Do you think it's fair or proper for a body of men to solely determine one of the most important and private decisions a woman can make in regard to her own health and body?” she [Rep. Jan Schakowsky D-IL] asked.

Is it fair or proper for a woman to kill the baby without the dad having a say so?

It is neither fair nor proper nor moral for a woman or a woman with her doctor (paid hitman) to kill a baby with or without the "dad" having a say so. Nor is it fair or proper or moral for the "dad" to arrange the killing. But you knew that!

Also, giving that witch (or whatever) Schakowsky a seat in Congress is about as responsible as giving one to Sheila Jackson Lee or giving a three-year old keys to the dynamite shed and an easily triggered cigarette lighter. The difference is that the three-year-old in the dynamite shed cannot kill as many people.
