No, Mr. Biden. You are not proposing true gun reform.
You are proposing further denials and restrictions on American citizens’ constitutional right to bear arms.
You are going exactly in the wrong direction, and we reject it completely.
If you want to propose true gun reform, propose removing all the unconstitutional “applications” and “forms” and “regulations” that limit the American people’s free access to arms, and free possession of same.
Simple.
Turn yourself around 180 degrees and propose something legal, useful, and helpful to a free society where each citizen has his/her full constitutional liberties.

Repeal NFA 34, GCA 68, and the Hughes Amendment in FOPA 86.
That would be completely, absolutely huge, and would encourage a lot of development of new weapons by private individuals. I don’t see anything wrong with a second John Browning popping up, or another Gene Stoner.
