To allow her to be extradited would violate her rights under the Fifth Amendment.
They cannot compel her presence and admit so.
Apparently, the US will not allow her to be extradited because she was found innocent the first time around and the US doesn’t allow double jeopardy.
She’d be wise not to travel out of the US though.
