San Antonio is totally gone! Austin is almost as bad. Go anywhere and everyone is speaking spanish. I commented to my husband yesterday that I am beginning to feel like a stranger in my own country. Free breakfast and lunch for poor children during the summer and they send home bags for the weekend. Fast food restaurant people all speaking spanish and when they wait on me I can barely understand them. Schools teaching in spanish. I am not a mexican hater but it makes you want to cry to see what this once great state is becoming.
You have got to complain to your Governor and some other officials. It seems that the Texas politicians are selling out Texans just like the California politicians did. Texas may be Republican but as we are seeing there are many Republicans (Bushes, McCain, Graham etc.) who have a deep love for cheap labor and the cheap labor patrons who keep these turncoats rich with campaign donations.
