“douchebag” was the term that first sprang to mind for me.
However, all such pejoratives (and many more) would be accurate in his case.
Also, reminds me of the Westboro Baptist “Church” deciding to “target” the little 5-yr old girl who set up a lemonade stand across the street from their “church”.
At least a Douchebag has a useful purpose, I don’t think that “the Douchebag” does.
