I thought there were some decent GOP lawmakers in NJ who created a bill based on the employment provisions of the Arizona law. Of course it would not have passed the Dem controlled statehouse.

Christie and Mayor Booker did nothing when the illegals cut the heads off 3 black college students.

Everything about this state bill is constitutional imo. The Founding States made the 10th Amendment to clarify that the Constitution’s silence about issues like immigration and public schools means that such issues are uniquely state power issues.

So if NJ taxpayers don’t like the idea of in-state tuition for illegal immigrants, but sit on their hands and let state lawmakers pass this bill anyway, then that’s the problem of NJ taxpayers.

Hell no Fat boy will not veto it.

Obie (obese) Christie will sign it in a flash.
