I think we should give them a fighting chance.
Dump em off half way between Cuba and the US after rubbing em down with bacon.
That's a CAPITAL idea! Maybe JAG would consider it?

I’m getting the idea the obamao is creating the “perfect storm”
Divide America, trot out Snowden to stir angst among Countries, further it by aiding Syria, and then by releasing info that will serve nothing more that to inflame the middle East even more (if that’s possible).
IOW, the perfect storm.
The Fabian’s would be proud!
There is a reason pirates and terrorists were traditionally executed.
I’m so disgusted with the whole defense of the NRA that I’d be tempted to dump half in DC and half in Chicago. I actually wouldn’t because good folks live both places.
I’ve long been of the opinion that terrorists should be considered modern-day pirates. Pirates were considered to be at war with the rest of the world, but were also considered unlawful combatants. That’s why any navy that caught them executed them.
We get ourselves into a world of hurt by insisting that terrorists “must” fit into the categories of either criminals or POWs.
The simple rules of law, aka Geneva Convention allows for the summary execution of spies and mercenaries. These persons are nothing more than that. It is perfectly legal to do such actions, instead our Gov’t has chosen to this method instead.
We should repatriate them...... from 40,000 feet.
Fly over their homeland and push them out.
Bye Bye, and watch that last step.
