But I thought you, as an engineer like me, might prefer a logically simpler expression like "Not all coverage on that channel is pro-amnesty."
I may be one of the most ignorant posters on this board on the subject of Fox News because I no longer have cable. From what I read here, I could say that the pro-amnesty message has gained ground on Fox since I watched it, but maybe anti-amnesty points of view have also increased.
