I have listened to Rush for years and generally agree with what he says. I don’t agree when he says that the GOP can be reformed. I think the only way Conservatives can get a voice is to form a national CONSERVATIVE party or organize the TEA Party into one unified voice. Polls show that approximately 46% of the country is Conservative. What are we waiting for?

Personally I think Limbaugh says the Republican Party can be reformed because that is his hope.
I thought that a while back, I no longer think that, as apparently you do not as well.
Limbaugh will change his tune, my hope not when its to late.

Sorry, the ONLY way that we conservatives are going to successfully compete, both nationally and locally is to promote and work for conservative Republican candidates at all levels and to TAKE OVER THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. We can do that by getting one consevative elected at a time (and that does not mean we can’t elect many new ones in a single year [e.g. 2014 & 2016]) and by having a SOLID conservative candidate prevail in the Republican 2016 primaries.

We must avoid the situation where we have a multitude of conservative candidates splitting the conservative vote thus allowing a “moderate” to slip through. For the 2016 election there appear to be a number of “moderates” (aka RINOs/CINOs) lining up—such as Jeb Bush, Rubio and Christie. How about, FOR ONCE, we let them SPLIT THE RINO/”MODERATE”/Low Information vote in the primaries while a single strong conservative slides into the nomination. I would love to see Ted Cruz be that CONSENSUS conservative candidate.

I, for one, am tired of seeing DEFEATISTS promoting their brand of defeatism; specifically, the “let’s leave the Republican Party” brand of defeatism. If you feel strongly about wanting conservatives leading our country, stop whining & bellyaching and get off your dead asses and WORK TOWARD THE GOAL!!
