Republicans are "in a demographic death spiral" and will fail in their effort to win the presidency if the party blocks an immigration overhaul, a leading GOP senator said Sunday.
Sen. Lindsey Graham, the South Carolina Republican who helped write a bipartisan immigration bill under debate in the Senate, said conservatives who are trying to block the measure will doom the party and all but guarantee a Democrat will remain in the White House after 2016's election.
A Democrat also involved in developing the proposal, Sen. Robert Menendez of New Jersey, went a step further and predicted "there'll never be a road to the White House for the Republican Party" if immigration overhaul fails to pass.

A party that would round up the illegals, deport them, and cut off all immigration of any kind for 25 years would never lose an election.
The idea that the flood of low-IQ mestizos and indians is some how "good" for America is a type of insanity.
I'd say a lot of those eligible voters don't vote because they know, instinctively, that there is not a dime's worth of difference between the two major parties and that their vote is ultimately useless, so why bother. Put up a real candidate that is not a Globalist Corporate drone and promises to do something radical like enforce existing immigration laws and it would create energy and enthusiasm and possibly bring out a lot of these discouraged voters.
Unfortunately the GOPe will do everything they can to prevent that from happening.
It’s VERY clear...Lindsey Graham is an agent of the Democrat Party. He’ll do as much as he can get away with to damage conservatives, the Republican party and the United States.
