They are personally not under it, but the common voter that they still need will be. Even the welfare set will find it harder, not easier, to get medical care; Obama has screwed it up that bad.

They WILL be under Obamacare Jan.1st. That’s why there have been recent articles about Congress critters and their staffers considering quitting their jobs. Many have stated that they will not be able to afford the premiums.
