The reform bill is built on fraud and lies. Illegal aliens who have forged and stolen Social Security numbers and other official govt documents enabling them to ride the US gravy train, vote, get mtges, etc.....will now get citizenship if Sen Schmucky Schumer (D-NY) has his way.

==========================================

REFERENCE: Just before the procedural vote, Judiciary Committee member Sen Grassley offered a simple amendment to the Judiciary Committee considering voting the immigration bill out of commmittee. "The secretary (of homeland security) may not grant registered provisional immigrant status to an alien under this section unless the alien fully discloses to the secretary all the names and Social Security account numbers that the alien has ever used to obtain employment in the United States," said Grassley's amendment.

Grassley's amendment would not have prohibited illegal aliens from being converted into legal aliens just because they had used names and Social Security numbers that did not belong to them. It would only have required that the illegal aliens make the names and numbers they used known to DHS before they could be granted the right to legally live in the United States.

Grassley said, "Congress should not thumb its nose at the millions of Americans who are victims of identity theft, often perpetrated by an undocumented person who steals Social Security numbers to get jobs, govt benefits, driver's licenses and more. This amendment will simply require the person applying for RPI status to disclose any previously used Social Security numbers," said Grassley. "It's the first step to helping clean up the mess that's been created for the victim of identity theft. The amendment also authorizes certain federal agencies, upon receipt of this information, to notify individuals who were the victims."

===============================================

ON RECORD AS AIDING AND AETTING FELONIES Ranking member Sen Schumer dismissed Grassley's proposal. "When people are living in undocumented status, there are times, I suppose, when they've made up identities, made up Social Security numbers," Schumer told his Judiciary Committee colleagues. "How are they going to remember all that, and are we going to delay RPI status? "(The) purpose of this bill is to bring people out of the shadows. We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.

==========================================

The Senate Judiciary committee defeated Grassley's amendment 8 to 10 on a party-line vote.

=======================================

ACTION ALERT Freepers should mobolize locally--get grand juries to begin indicting these Senators for FAILING TO UPHOLD THE LAW AGAINST FELONIES. A few convictions and imprisonment oughta wake up the treasonous Congress. KEEP IN MIND---those elected to office are held to a higher standard of law than we peons....but have never been held to account.

For thirty years I've been a good 'team player', have voted my conscience in primaries and held my nose in the generals.

But if this amnesty bill passes, my vote will count for far less than it even has to now. If it passes, from then on only the most socialist candidates will have a chance at national office.

So, if I even choose to participate in elections, all of my votes will be protest ones.

Don’t do that. I like the sentiment, but you know they would see it as some sort of biological weapon or some such. Yes, I’m serious. He isn’t worth you getting in trouble.

I’m strongly considering peeing in it and sending it back to him.

Consider carefully the reaction of the Homeland Security Thugs before you do that.

I don't think I would do that if I were you...

I also don't think I would suggest the notion to anyone else if you know what I mean...

That is a really great wrap up on the guy.

A rat eyed psychotic, consumed by his hatred of all those evil WASPs out there who...who...kept his grandfather out of Harvard...or something.

To him, we're all Himmlers.

Good ol' Raul.

Dumb as a rock, and he ran TUSD for God knows how long.

When my Mom graduated from Tucson High, the guy who ranked just below her was Frank Borman.

That's how good TUSD was in the '40s.

Not now. Just a Mexican indoctrination camp, dedicated to babysitting the next generation of ranting separatists.

Lets all gather here and pretend we have any say in this matter at all. Triggers shmiggers they don't enforce current law and never will.

We have these kabuki dances every two to four years where they put on a show not unlike WWE Wrestling where the villain varies according to the location.

The nearly stolen election by Al Gore taught us nothing, and we just shrugged at the defeat of Romney by arguably the worst president ever and said Oh Well.

Thankfully my expiration date is closer than most here and I won't have to see the total demise of the Republic, but we will have to explain to God one day why we let this happen to our children.

Conservatives have no horse in this race at all, judging by Rubio's approval ratings the country will drink the Kool-Aid, when asked to by a slick fast talking carnival carny.

I hear “the Gang of Eight” took a cue from the IRS-—and prepared a video to loosen up the senate for the vote. The video is a rollicking, playful take on the Cheech and Chong movie, “Coming to America.”

Sen Schumer plays Cheech and Sen Rubio plays Chong.

Janet Napolitano plays “Rosita” owner of the Mexican cantina “Reconquista”....she’s seen pouring tequila shots for the future US citizens, who are gathered to fill out welfare, EITC refund, and voter registration forms...all in Spanish.

Cameo roles feature Obama as a lovable, compassionate, braindead Stepen Fetchit character who sweeps up the cantina. Michele Obama plays “Conchita,” a fiery senorita who has a (cough) room above the cantina.

Sen Menendez plays a helpful “coyote” charging the impoverished Mexicans $10,000 each for a ride across the border and a packet of forged documents.

I know you know, what is the number of the bill? I want to read it. I heard there are some horrendous things in this bill that actually outsource a lot of the things in it to community organizer groups vs. government employees, and that the groups actually receive federal money to do the things required.
Thanks

S.744 Latest Title: Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act Sponsor: Sen Schumer, Charles E. [NY]

a sickenly mendacious title, and i commend you for reading it. it is not a pleasant read. now it is apparently bloated to over 1000 pages.

They are upset that Rubio hasn’t completely morphed into Chuck Schumer. Almost but not quite.
