Can we vote on whether NY is worth saving before any tax money is spent?
Bloomberg wants to spend $20 billion on flood walls and levys and all that. maybe he could tax big gulps to pay for it. Since his plan to ban big gulps was overturned in court, the next liberal step should be a big tax on big gulps
