Rush Limbaugh snapped at former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush for calling Republicans too reactionary, saying the party lost in 2012 because it is considered wishy-washy.
Jeb Bush said that too many Republicans are reactionary, the conservative radio host said on his program Friday, according to a show transcript. Its a code word used by people who arent conservative to taint us as extremists.
-snip-
So Jeb Bush, who we really like here, said at the Faith and Freedom Coalition today that he wasnt gonna be critical of the Obama administration. That really worked out for Romney, didnt it? Limbaugh responded.

He got what he wanted and then got lazy - he loves friends, money, notoriety. and golf - so why rocked the boat now? He can speak of patriots but he isn't one.
Interesting. Thanks.
“Bush(43) won both his elections. In 2004, he increased the number of congressional seats. He is hardly a catastrophe. “
If you like MORE and MORE G’ment, then you are correct, the Bush’s are not a catastrophe.
I for one prefer a LIMITED G’ment as defined by the Constitution.
> “Bush(43) won both his elections. In 2004, he increased the number of congressional seats. He is hardly a catastrophe.”
Not accurate. He didn’t do any of those things, we did it for him.
Here is the precise description:
Conservatives won the election for Bush in 2000 as they chose to support Bush over Gore in 2000 thinking Bush was more like them and was in any case the best that could be had under the circumstances. Many had misgivings as to his true conservative leanings and many had concerns about his experience and judgement but were persuaded that he would be surrounded by wise conservatives. The only consistent conservative trait that Bush expressed personally and through his policy formation brought by his inner circle of conservative advisers was in faith-based actions and orders.
Conservatives won the election for Bush over Kerry in 2004 because they thought with a GOP House and Senate he would be able to pass the conservative agenda. I personally worked night and day and gave every last cent I had to elect Bush in 2004 thinking major tax reform during his second term would be passed.
Bush’s second term was a disaster. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, we gave him a full GOP Congress and he squandered all of it.
No more Bushes, ever.
If Jeb Bush won the GOP primary, would he even get 30% in the general? These rinos, Christie, Ryan, Rubio, McCain, Romney are disgusting. I just can’t see voting for these types ever again. Supporting these buffoons is like spending money on a new transmission, engine, brakes in a beaten down old car. If the GOP puts up another rino, time to trade her in for a new model.
Florida will turn blue. If you go to the Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater area, you will have seen over the past 10 years a vast invasion by criminal illegal Mexicans. They are pouring in.
I am starting to believe that before they leave the Sewer of Mexico, that these criminals are "told" which state to settle in.
I can imagine the RATs orchestrating the invasion so as to turn critical RED states blue.
After all, how would these illegals just happen to know to invade the Clearwater area?
Well if nothing else works I predict Jeb’s wife will be an albatross. She is not a public figure. She speaks with an accent and I don’t see her as a plus on the campaign trail. The MSM will dredge up her little escapade of not declaring a bunch of stuff in customs when she came back to Fla from a trip to Europe.
In addition Jeb finished 32 right behind Crispy Kreme in the CPAC 2016 presidential vote. Without the conservative vote in the primaries Jeb will never get the nomination. I think Momma Bush is pushing her favorite son to run and I don’t really think Jeb’s heart is in it anyway.
Knocking off Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Paul Ryan will be harder than he thinks. Especially Rand and Cruz.
True!
And Bush lost us the House in 06, with his bailouts.
In 2006, America voted to appease the Islamic terrorists. In 2008 and 2014, America voted to surrender completely and dissolve our Republic. This is not Bush’s fault. And Conservatives should have voted against Democrats in 2006 or anytime thereafter even if Pres. Bush (43) was not as pure as we liked. We have a destroyed country on our hands now. Without firing a shot either :(
He said he would sign the Assault Rifle Bill, he said he would veto an English as an official language bill, he did NOTHING to stop an AVALANCHE of illegal aliens from violating our borders. I could go on and on about this idiot, his equally idiot father and brother and his odious mother.
As long as the GOP establishment CONTINUES to foster RINOS like Bush and Romney the Rats will win.
He was an idiot.
Great /s We have our own Bush Derangement Syndrome here. And naturally, Bush who won two elections and McCain and Romney who lost two elections respectively are all the same thing /s
