This case just adds weight to justify my firmly held opinion that the people who enforce the law, including the courts, are not to be trusted. The system is a sham, nothing more than another industrial enterprise, with no particular regard for truth or basic fairness. If you are on the right side of it, you are in high cotton, but get on the wrong side of it, and innocence is irrelevant. The system will ruin your life.
It’s procedural justice versus substantive justice.
Did we go through all the motions correctly dancing on cue and singing the right songs — okay then you got your due process of law — so shut up and enjoy the ride.
Zimmerman should stand up in court and tell the judge that he is being railroaded and proof of that will be found in the 85 pjs sent home versus those 35 pjs sent to the courtroom.
What does he have to lose at this point??? This case will be decided like the OJ trial at jury selection.
