An acquaintance of mine has a son going to med school in Granada. I hear he’s loving it. Your place sounds great! The idea about a guest house is perfect.
I have a question for you to ask your realtor (from Boston) - does he still have contacts in MA - not to buy but rent. Before I got your post earlier I found out a freeper is in need of a 2 bed apt for $800 asap and it must be near Boston. Landlord sold his present residence and they must vacate in about 9 days. Would you ask him if he still knows someone in the RE field that covers MA/Boston area. - it’s a long shot but stranger things have happened.
I appreciate it. Thanks.
