no definition of natural born citizen is written into the constitution.

OK the you define it, or maybe the next nutty judge that comes along can decide that you only need to declare that you are Natural Born. The founders in their writings and discussion make it clear what is meant by the term. If did not mean some different, they would not have stated it as a separate category.

There are many things that are not defined in the Constitution, but when it is convenient to take a little more liberty from the people, they will use some traitorous judge to set a precedent, for them.

Common sense is not common at all.

I have common sense, and you have no valid argument. There is nothing in the constitution that defines natural born citizen other than the fact that a person is born here in the USA. There are two types, and two types only, of citizens, natural born and naturalized. Natural born are born as citizens, naturalized are made citizens after moving here and passing a test. Do we need a supreme court decision that defines natural born?yes. Our ancestors figured that we would know that a natural born citizen was one born here, in the USA, or one born to US citizen(s) any where else in the world. That is common sense, something you, and others, seem to lack.

Wishing for something to be so, doesn't make it so. I believe Bozo is NOT a natural born citizen due to the fact that he was born in Kenya to one citizen parent who didn't meet the 1961 criteria for a birth outside of the US to become a natural born citizen. If he was, in fact, born in Hawaii he would indeed be a natural born citizen, according to the law in effect at the time.
