Honestly, with the verbal gaffs and stupid things he does when he is off teleprompter, he is either a brilliant actor or an actor that is just living it up.

I can't help but think of the dufuss actor that "played the villain" in Iron Man 3.

Personally, I think it's fun to tell people that Biden is the evil genius behind all that's happening to US.

No one, absolutely no one suspects Biden of having even the suspicion of intelligence, yet look at him and all he has accomplished(!)...and, all while hiding behind that slow Joe "Plugs" Biden sh!t-eating grin and saying stupid things.

None the less, there they are: obama as Pinky and Biden is the Brain, trying to rule the world. So much is upside down in our world now, that almost makes sense to me.

My guess it's more like the last season of Angel when he discovered who the real players were and took down their secret circle.
