SANFORD, Fla.
Channel 9 has learned a potential juror in the George Zimmerman trial who had been dismissed Wednesday was escorted out of the Seminole County courthouse on Friday.
The man, referred to only by his juror number, E7, was at the courthouse demanding to know how the defense learned of a website post that got him dismissed earlier this week.

The posting read, in part: "In Sanford and I can tell you this. Justice is coming."

He’ll probably be some high-ranking official in the WH in another week or 2.
Was Zimmerman supposed to tell him, "I'm a neighborhood watchman and I'm just making the rounds to make sure no one tries to break in to any of the units"?
If there are going to be 6 jurors, of which probably 2 to 4 will be minorities, all it will take is a few white "ringers" like this guy to have a jury composed of 6 people determined to find Zimmerman guilty. Maybe this guy was being a little more outspoken to distract attention to some buddies who are trying to get on to the jury for the same reason?
There might be a potential black or Hispanic juror who will approach the case with an open mind, but the judge will probably make sure they don't get seated.
It is certainly possible that Martin wasn’t completely there that day, but that doesn’t change the fact that Zimmerman, imo, made an error of his own that might have changed the situation.
Strange how WFTV didn’t bother to identify E7 as Counelis in the article. Why would they withhold his name?
LOL
Thanks
The venue for this trial will have to be moved, a prediction. A circus.
Hmm, I do not understand the legal mechanism by which the trial venue could be moved (other than, perhaps, a mistrial). I wonder if the suggestion is that a mistrial might be unilaterally declared by the judge. Or, that a mistrial motion be filed by the defense, mentioning something to do with the jury selection process and/or results...
“If Martin was on drugs (which is what Zimmerman thought from observing him) his thought processes may not have been rational....”

It’s unfortunate, but Martin’s thought processes that night were probably the same as they were all the time—on drugs or not. Reading the texts traffic of his that was released, he had long since lost, if he ever actually had any, any rationality that may have guided him into the better path.
He CHOSE his path that night. It ended with his death but it very well could have ended with the death of Zimmerman.
