Not sure there are many sites, persons or businesses that can refuse information sharing under a court order. I get that.
Startpage or DuckDuckgo are not responsible for a court order obtained illegally. Hey, they are trying to abide by the law, just like you or I.
My goal is to limit the amount of information accessible to third parties. Greater level of anonymity while on the net.
The secured email accts. could come under the same illegal court order, but I'm a lil sick and tired of my info being sold by the free mail accts.
I will be researching other ways to help protect my info in the coming months....no matter the cost.
