I was listening to the jury selection while doing my bookkeeping. I did not close the site immediately after the court ended for the day. Wanted to review tweets. Well, soon I found out the mic was open. Someone from the media will leak what is said.

He was trying to stretch his 15 minutes into 20.

May have been a bit more to it. MOM saying reports that he was trying to get to the jurors. Coulda' been instant mistrial if he'd succeeded.
