US District Court Judge Reed O’Connor:
The president is violating the separation of powers doctrine under the constitution.

The 70 members are petitioning for a special Republican conference meeting on the bill, a “highly unusual” move to go head-to-head with the speaker, according to Reps. Michele Bachmann (Minn.), Steve King (Iowa) and Louie Gohmert (Texas), who are serving as spokespersons for the group.

Beck adds: They have been put off by Boehner’s office for weeks

Snip

In this day and age, it is easy to paint all politicians as politically expedient fools, but the decision of these 70 Republicans to stand up to the majority is one of the most courageous acts we have seen in a long time. This issue is no longer political. It is moral.

1:32 (Beck inserts this, but is NOT on the transcript)

What’s going on – before the election President said hey we’re going to move in this direction – Ice can’t really arrest people – ICE can’t put illegals into deportation. (ICE didn’t have to enforce the law.)

Memos from ICE director, John Morton - wrote six memos required ICE to break the law by demanding they not enforce the current federal immigration law. Janet Napolitano agreed to the memos and right before the election 2012, the president created work permits for students under the DREAM Act – right before the election.

Here’s the thing

In a lawsuit filed in Texas Crane vs Napolitano Northern District of Texas Federal Court. The president said of ICE employees union said you can’t do that .They wanted to stop the president from unconstitutionally granting amnesty through executive action.

But there was no executive order. It was a presidential pronouncement. Not even an executive order – it was like written on the back of a napkin.

3:08
Judge Reed O’Connor agreed with the plaintiffs on 9 of 10 arguments and hasn’t ruled on the 10th yet.

The president is violating the separation of powers doctrine under the constitution. The president is the executive, he is not the congress. He is not a legislative body. The executive branch cannot legislate because that is a function of article 1 that belongs exclusively to congress. He is telling them what to do with legislation.

Today O’Connor’s decision has been ignored by ICE.

The president is violating the oath of office by failing to execute the laws of the US.

A number of times in history, congress has conformed legislation to supreme court decisions.

This is a constitutional travesty for congress to conform federal laws to the President’s unconstitutional pronouncements.

This is what they are trying to put a stop to. Here it is in federal court in Texas.

It has already been ruled in favor of the constitution in 9 of the 10 in Federal court here in Texas.

Judge doesn’t understand the president’s argument on the 10th.
Will give you more time before I rule on the 10th one

No word yet on what they’ve done on that 10th one.
So far – court says this doesn’t make sense. (10th)

4:50 (Below-quote is in the transcript)

These 70 people are standing up and saying ‘take away all of our power,’” Glenn said. “They know that if they lose, they lose. This is putting all of the chips on the table. You’ve been asking for it. We have been asking for people with a spine. This one is not going to be easy.”
