You guys are joking right?

She has already been received by the Pope, and she received communion while there.

“She has already been received by the Pope, and she received communion while there.”

Yes, and this Pope has said a lot of the right things, but this action above is amazing. She should have been excommunicated long ago.

The Church is running scared when it comes to abortion. If it backs its words with actions it will lose massive membership numbers and money. The Church today is virtually a secular foundation of sorts, with the trappings of a religion.

I’m not talking about the laity, but the leadership structure, which imo is quite misguided and infiltrated by people with an evil agenda.

Almost every institution on the planet suffers from a lack of good leadership and governance currently.

Then that's the true Catholic Church.

Unless you want to disagree with the Pope and still claim to be Catholic.

I know a lot of those kinds of "Catholics."

The Catholic Church is based on one fundamental principal: The Church tells Catholics what to think about religion, and that includes what they are allowed to think for themselves, and what conclusions they are allowed to come up with.

Yet I know of no more "staunch" Catholics than those who disagree with the Pope, or this or that teaching, all while sneering at Protestants and "pagans" and "heretics."

The Pope accepts Nancy Pelosi in the most profound way possible - by giving her the sacrament of communion. Therefore, Nancy Pelosi is a correct Catholic, according to the Pope.

Period.

So if you disagree with Nancy Pelosi's Catholicism, YOU need to go to confession, and seek correction from a Priest. YOU - not her. SHE is accepted by the Pope, and therefore the matter is closed.

Be a Catholic, or don't be a Catholic, but at least have the moral courage not to be a hypocrite.
