Ben Nelson was a Democratic pol in a red state who was about to be turfed because he couldn't fight the political winds favoring the GOP in that state any more. He quit before he was pushed. If not for Palin, Dewhurst, a Republican, would be the junior senator from Texas instead of Cruz.
Yeah, and Dewhurst is a McConnell/Lindsey Graham style Republican. Is that what you prefer?

Our only Senate seat pick up was in Nebraska when Palin’s unknown defeated senator Bob Kerry to take Democrat Senator Ben Nelson’s seat, rather than saying oh! and moving on, you put on your petulant voice and say, so what, you don’t want answers and facts, you want to troll.
Since you never post any facts, and ignore our posts that correct you, your saying the petulant muttering that come from you, is meaningless.
