If they leave this year, they think they can continue to be covered under the current health care plan.

Only if it's grandfathered in, right? Even then, the next HHS secretary can decide that their plans don't meet all the requirements. They'll always be subject, in some way, to the whims of any partisan political operative who gets appointed to the HHS secretary position. Only the executive branch employees are ultimately free of this monstrosity.
