Romans 11 spells it out pretty clearly.
They were, are, and always will be the chosen people. We Christians are grafted into their branch... as Paul says, to make them jealous for Christ Jesus’ sake. (Rom. 11:11)

My take on Jews is thus...
They are of the most hard-nosed, misguided, stubborn and just plain wrong people to have walked the planet. I will above all will never understand the American Jew and how they continually vote Dem, for people who hate them.
But, I also am charged by my God to love them just the same and I do. They are God’s chosen people and it doesn’t matter all that much what I personally think, only what God commands.
I will defend them as is my duty as a Christian to do so.
