Then, any 'Aye' vote is grounds for charging that Congressman with Treason, and any enforcement action by the executive branch would be Treason, and the Supreme Court declaring that the actions are invalid would be... you guessed it, Treason.

I like this idea but have no idea how to proceed.
Who could we get this idea/tactic to that would have the position to do this? Would it be a state governor such as Perry? Or a Senator such as Cruz? A state attorney general such as Gregg Abbot in Texas? The treason charge would be against Congressmen at the Federal level, but it is committed against the states, so not sure who would be the players in this.
Is there anyone on FR with inside contacts with people like that who could get this idea to them?
I feel that Texas, NM and Arizona should secede, or at the least practice nullification on this and set up their own border security if this passes.
