Would love to hear if anyone else feels the same way, but I’m about up to my eyebrows sick of Glenn and this Gandhi/MLK worship thing he’s on.

Normally I love GB, but he keeps going to this thing of “its time to lay down in front of the police dogs” stuff and I think its WAAAAAAAAY too soon for that.

MLK was leading a minority that couldn’t possible resist. Their only option was to non-violently resist to appeal to the good nature of white people and say “hey, this isn’t in line with your morals”.

The situation we face is different. We, the conservatives, are armed. 70% of the military is conservative, and that number is higher when you get into the upper ranks. I’m convinced that this is why Obama is trying so hard to pack the military with gays and other groups that support him.

It just gets frustrating...I want to scream “you are always talking about the founders! They marched across the bridge with muskets, not protest signs!” Instead of imitating G. Washington, S. Adams, and T. Jefferson, he wants to imitate the leaders of the Civil Rights movement, which in many ways was the beginning of the decline of our country as we know it.

I’m sorry, but I think the answer to our problems lies much more in looking to how the guys who founded our country, not in having the niece of a civil rights leader teach all us ignorant whiteys how to protest.

Would love to hear any thoughts you all might have....

jmo-I believe that everyone seen crying has been compromised.
imo-I believe that Roberts has been blackmailed.

I'll believe beck hasn't been compromised himself when he follows through instead of making people like me wait for nothings.

Interesting ideas in the preceding paragraph. I would say they correspond nicely with the concept seen too often with regime change that what remains after is not often better than what was previously, and observed often in foreign lands but I had not made the connection within. Foolish me upon reflection. Cream rises to the top, especially when a challenge exists. Less so as the way is made “easier”. So without treading where angel’s fear, let me agree with paragraphs five and six of your comment.
