Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me; fool me hundreds of times, is there any shame left?

People continuing to support the GOP deserve what they get.

Social Conservatives would do much better in their own party than wasting their conservative votes in the GOP

“People continuing to support the GOP deserve what they get.”

Ayup. I’m done. I was actually “done” under “W” with his PATRIOT Act, DHS and TSA.

Let’s review our options one more time, it’s a copy-and-paste from my earlier posting:

So it’s safe to conclude that the Republican Party will soon fall apart. What should conservatives do to adapt? Perhaps consider these options:

A.) Form a Third Party (But too costly, time-consuming and could take decades before and if we become a formidable political party)
B.) Join the Democrat Party and form the conservative wing. At least this would give Barry and Hildabeast a few headaches.
C.) Do a Karl Rove-in-reverse. Hire ourselves out as Democrat political operatives and sabotage all their schemes. If Karl Rove could single-handedly destroy the GOP, I’m sure there a few Freepers smart enough to do the same to the Democrat Party.

So what’s the best option?

“Court” social conservatives? That makes it sound like they need to lie.
Either these leaders are social conservatives or they aren’t.

This is plain weird.

Work from the inside to take over the GOP.

It is a slow, multi-year process. But it *is* happening.

That would be more difficult than the Karl Rove-in-reverse strategy. It would be a cold day in hell before the GOP becomes a legitimate political party again. Maybe our chances are better with reforming the Democrats. At least they are being honest about their Leftism. Maybe its better to deal with devious rogues than with hypocritical rogues.

D) Let’em have it. Store up on beans, bullets & band aids, drop out & wait for total collapse, get involved in the next chapter. This one is lost.

D sounds like a good option. But I’m not into that storage thing. So I just picked up and left the USA in 2010. I haven’t visited the country ever since.

Repeat every four years and wonder why the party gets PROVABLY more liberal. Then self justify your position. Then repeat in another 4 years.

Even children only lick the frozen flagpole once.

It certainly isn’t to keep phoning and e-mailing Democrats just because you happen to be one of their constituents, as many of my friends do. Waste of time, energy, money, and brain power.

Just to get a one-size-fits-all response, or none at all? And of course no action.

Go for the middle-of-the-roaders, whatever area of the country they represent in Congress. Oh sorry, that involves being current on the news.

Also, “what is this person ever going to do for me?” (personally) doesn’t work on the national level. Get serious boys and girls (addressed to some people I know and anyone else like them). Do it for the right reasons and do it intelligently!

I'm saving myself for a pro America, pro family, pro Constitution, conservative suitor. I will have to pass on GOP. I used to date another named GOP but it was a very one sided relationship. I had to pay for everything, never got to pick our outings, was emotionally abused, treated poorly and then told that I was racist, homophobic, woman hating knuckle dragger. Odd that was never an issue when GOP wanted money, or my time or all the million of other things. So I'm done.

I am not sure what my plans are now. BTW - GOP is driving by my house, watching me, following me, hell I think GOP might even have my phone and house bugged. I am getting a little worried that GOP intends to do me harm but yet GOP wants my time and money again. Weird. I am beginning to think GOP is either insane, unstable or down right a spiteful DEM in GOP clothing.

Ralph Reed has been in the suck em in to the RINO fold business for a long time.

There are suckers born every minute including very religious ones God Bless Them.

As with all issues conservative the GOP-E blows smoke, makes tough speeches and passes symbolic legislation that gets shot down in federal courts.

They also gradually cave to the left on issues like gay marriage as an example.

Option A.

The GOP replaced the Whigs.

Anything can replace the GOP.

Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Cruz is the only man standing. Rand Paul and Rubio are sellouts.

You can’t reform criminals. Refreshing the tree of liberty is the only solution and the Founding Fathers once again are geniuses.

I recall meeting Ralph Reed at some political function in Texas when George W. Bush was governor of the state at the time. Since I’m good at reading eyes it was easy to spot him as a fraud. He’s weak, vain, greedy, incapable of deep thoughts, superficial, shallow, arrogant, knee-jerk follower, holds a deep-seated need to become part of the GOP Country Club Establishment, believes in God but only for appearances sake, and is devoid of a sincere passion to make the country better. And I made this conclusion even before saying hello to him. I confirmed my analysis after I said hello and then he wanted to talk about his golf game. I didn’t even ask him about golf he just volunteered that info.

Option A is the most idealistic but also the most challenging.
