What would you do if you were the one driving down that road and found her standing there in her birthday suit?

That’s a distinct possibility. Depending on precisely where she was in the area, as the Gifford Pinchot national forest has seen a significant level of crime near the westernmost trailheads.
It’s not uncommon for someone to get abducted or show up missing around the Portland area, and then have the person’s vehicle show up abandoned over near the national forest (or the many logging roads outside of it). I suspect that forest has swallowed up a lot of corpses over the decades.
Even if she didn’t stumble across a human predator, the natural world is not forgiving of childlike naivete.
