Now I have seen the new documentary movie Dirty Wars which specifically pinpoints JSOC as a super secret special forces to do government ops. When I Googled JSOC, I found references to how Rumsfeld and Cheney were intimately involved. I guess Bush went along for the ride which Obama has continued.
