“Hell would be heaven for me” — what a lie of Satan he believed.
The Bible has a lot to say about hell, but nothing about anyone organizing anyone. It is a place of darkness and where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 25:30). It is the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels (Matt. 25:41), but at the end of the age, at the great white throne judgment all the wicked dead will be judged according to their deeds and will be thrown into hell [the lake of fire]; everyone whose name was not found written in the book of life will be thrown there (Revelation 20:11-15).
It is a place where there is no LIGHT, no God, no glory of God, no compassionate Savior, no love, no peace, no hope, and many more blessings of His presence.
It is a place where Satan and his angels will torment their servants forever. Alinsky is in Hades now, a place of torment as well (Luke 16:19-31), waiting for that day when Hades and its dead will be emptied into the lake of fire.

What the saved experience as the warmth of God's eternal love is experienced by the damned as eternal fire.
