Genius as in ‘hitler’ kind of genius? I don’t know, I”m of the opinion that it doesn’t require brains to drum up hatred of the victim crowd. It is far easier to hate someone who has something you want, than it is to work for it. Maybe I’m not understanding you evidence of genius.
The success the Democrats have had in destroying America using Alinsky's tactics isn't evidence enough for you? The fact that, thanks to smooth use of Alinsky tactics, an African communist and the Chicago mob now control the White House and the entire executive branch, and can operate lawlessly with impunity isn't evidence enough for you?
