One big problem (in my opinion) is that the students do not get an honest examination of labor unions from their teachers. I, personally, am aware of harassment, vandalism, sabotage, assault, battery, and all-around malfeasance perpetrated by members of labor unions. I know of not one single such instance perpetrated by an employer, NOT ONE. Get a public school teacher to point this out and I will mail you a premium cigar. Ain’t gonna happen.
Totally get that threaten........as a parent I was threatened with legal action by the SEIU if I organized a clean up day on a Saturday with parents to tidy up the elementary campus of my daughters school.
Took care of it and they backed off, but most people will not challenge them.
Your point is correct, unions are the scourge.
