Even if the part about them paying taxes wasn't a lie, which it is, how is paying ‘back taxes’ a penalty??

Two years when most FRes here were in awe over Ryan's supposed budget wizardry, led on by talk radio and FNC, I was pointing out that he was phony.

His 10 year doll house budget resolution was a fake and his arguments above are dishonest, designed to be pro-amnesty Hispanic friendly and to give GOP hacks simple talking points.
