It seems clear to me, now, at least, that Obozo has been using this “data mining” program to take down various political opponents over the past four years. This fraud in the White Hut is the biggest con man ever.

He is like General Sherman. He just makes a statement like "it would be great if we could make Georgia howl". Then he doesn't put anything in writing and lets his minions do the dirty work.
I would believe Caesar Obastard didn't "know" about the data base. He probably said, "wouldn't it be great if we used that data this way". And bowed out.
