Yeah, especially because they are sending the exact same message over and over. That will probably get filtered out automatically very quickly.

We’ve done this a few times on FR, on threads about Echelon/Carnivore. Everyone just makes posts full of all the “sensitive” words they can think of.

Insurgent, target, detonate, surveillance, infiltrate, passport, collateral, nuclear, radiation, timer, fuse, semtex, nitrate, casualties, airport, etc (Hi NSA!).

Well then the “terrorist” could develop a language that peppers each message with loaded words and much of it would be filtered out. The pattern could be that in every x emails certain keywords are used as a way to negate the previous word. For example. I can say that the third word of the message will be used to negate the previous word and so on. There are just so many ways to play with and test the system and if everyone is doing it then the system will eventually be useless. The fact that it’s no longer a secret hurts its effectiveness and that’s a good thing.
