I must have not communicated my point...or people aren’t being taught reading comprehension skills any more.
I never defend illegal immigration from anywhere.
My point is that Mexicans aren’t the only ones living off welfare and assuming they belong here.
Go to Boston and check out the illegal Irish community there. It’s immense and the girls are very cute.
Go to New York and check out the Russians. When I was living in Seattle back in the 80’s, the Chinese illegals (and the crime that accompanies them) were a problem back then.
Only a provincial view obsesses on Mexicans. They’re numerous, yes, but they’re not alone.
I think some people need to turn off the tv and invest some resources in travel. It broadens the perspective.
What arrogance. I live about 6 miles from the Mexican border, I deal with the results of illegal immigration and other criminal activities on this border every single day and have for over 30 years. I guess my personal experiences have made me pretty obsessed but I will not apologize for that.
I am aware of many illegals from many other countries that are also an issue- I think they all need to be deported. I don’t have to turn off my TV and travel to broaden my perspective on illegal immigration, I have a front row seat.
