Nobody except the government.

Your argument is self defeating. By your logic, if I chose to tell you my bank account number, the government has a right to it, even without a warrant.

Why would you tell me? I never stated the government has a right to your personal information. The fact is that most of it is available to anyone with a desire to get it. It is a result of the computer age, credit cards, mortgages, insurance and contracts. Have you checked out your residence on Google Earth? I could count the number of vehicles parked in my yard and the positions which allowed me to figure out when the photo was taken.
