2.) End the Hospital Emergency Room No Payment Law.

There is no "Hospital Emergency Room No Payment Law".

There is EMTALA, which requires EDs to stabilize patients before discharging them.

Without this, you have people dying in the hospital parking lot, like in third world countries. If that's what you want, I would suggest that's where you should be.

Congress enacted the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) [1] in 1986 to address the growing concern that hospitals were discharging patients before stabilizing them and refusing to care for poor people with medical emergencies.

This has nothing to do with payment for services after the fact. The hospital most certainly will pursue billing if the patient arrives with any sort of identification and a known address.

WRONG!

Hospitals are stuck with the bill for treating illegal Mexican invaders and their extended families making their annual visit from Mexico. The hospitals tax the local citizens to get their expenses back.

It is all about the money.

If we don’t treat them to free stuff, they won’t invade the USA.

Bleeding Heart Liberalism is why our Nation is more broke than any Third World Country.

It is all about the money, our tax money.

BTW, remember that May Fifth is Mexican GO HOME Day.

BTW, BTW, EMTALA was passed in 1986, the same year that the US Federal Government opened the flood gates to the illegal alien invaders from Mexico.
