Edward Snowden is in fear for his life. He should be.
The NSA leaker had been holed up in Hong Kong but checked out of his room Monday shortly after going public, and has not been heard from since. He told Washington Post reporter Barton Gellman that the U.S. intelligence community “will most certainly kill you if they think you are the single point of failure that could stop this disclosure and make them the sole owner of this information.”
“I did not believe that literally,” Gellman wrote, “but I knew he had reason to fear.” But why not believe it? Wouldn’t someone with Snowden’s background know what he was talking about? What does Gellman think happens in the world of secret intelligence? It is called the “dark side” for a reason.

The White House claims the president has the power to order the death of an American abroad, like Snowden, but Mr. Obama’s lawyers refuse to explain how or why this is constitutional. The NSA had the names and address of 3 of the hijackers who were living together in San Diego prior to 9/11 (this is from the FBI). They knew that they were directly connected to Bin Laden, had a history of Jihadi involvement(s), and that they were taking flying classes. They were in direct contact with Bin Laden’s personal liaison.
They did nothing with that information. Literally nothing. And refused to let an FBI liaison working with the NSA tell his direct superior.
Shut it down.
PRISM is a tool that is being used by Democrats to get dirt on political enemies. That’s it.
PRISM is why Roberts bent over backwards to make ObamaCare legal.
But when it comes to the Fibbies not having access to NSA data, that was a legal problem created by someone we can name ~ Senator Frank Church. That one puke convinced enough members of Congress and a President to pass laws that ELIMINATED our ability to gather foreign intelligence.

Obama's handlers KNEW what went on. I knew where that club was at the time ~ and had even been in an adjoining residential building with friends visiting their daughter who was graduating from college the next day.
The club moves frequently as one might imagine. We were all aghast that it had moved THERE!
Just across the street, more or less, was one of those NYC YMCA operations ~ the kind Obama's closest friends visit regularly ~ for whatever it is those guys do.
An old family friend lived in another building in the area, and one of Tony Curtis' apartments was across the alley dividing their two buildings. She said it was always an interesting show.

Obama's friendship circle knew what went on there and who'd visited and what was said. They needed the divorce case opened to avoid a ruinous suit for libel and slander.
