Not all were disarmed. Even here could be a short period when disarming happens and civil law enforcement is in place such as to make it difficult for any one person to disobey. I have no doubt they could disarm much of the US with limited resistance. Texas talks a big game but Waco was Texas. Idaho talks a big game for the Weave event happened in Idaho. Talk is cheap.
