Well Snowden was in Hawaii for a time.

Logic would tell us that it's not they that they are really going after this Snowden guy since the cat is already out of the bag.... no, what they are going to attempt to do is damage control and stop the news and communication of this from going out to the masses.
They are going to try and do a media blackout of all news of this guy's information and try to keep it from Americans knowing about it.
